Villeroy & Boch launches new collection - perfect for brunch in bed

The ceramics manufacturer has designed a collection of stylish but informal tableware, vases and candleholders to have brunch in style

Gone are the days when serving brunch meant making do with a set of mix and match mugs. Ceramics manufacturer Villeroy & Boch has launched a new Brunch range that retains all the informality of traditional brunch dining but adds a touch of sophistication. Designed for breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea entertaining, the Brunch Table collection features a white ceramic jam pot, and oil and vinegar and salt and pepper sets in light wooden trays, which are as stylish as they are easy to store and pass around the table.

Just as it happens with formal dining, however, creating the right mood for brunch or breakfast parties takes more than a good table setting. This is why Villeroy & Boch has also introduced a selection of elegant Brunch Flower ceramic vases and curvy Brunch Light white ceramic and wooden candleholders, which complement the table range and double as eye-catching centrepieces. The vases come in three sizes—large, medium and small—and the candleholders are single or four-branched.

All the Brunch collection pieces work extremely well with the Country Heritage range of cups, saucers and plates.

Prices for the Brunch Table collection start from £44.95 (for the salt and pepper set). Brunch Flowers is priced from £22.50 and Brunch Light starts from £19.95.
