Make use of the top of your wardrobe without creating an ugly pile of clutter. Lined baskets won't snag delicates, but keep things neat and tidy.
Make your bed the focal point of the room. Hang a roll of wallpaper horizontally behind the headboard to draw attention to it.
Don't let bedside clutter compromise your serene scheme. Buy two white runners for each bedside table and drape them in a cross over the top and down each side.
Store bed linen, towels and other seasonal items in ottomans. Display decorative items on trays on top so they can be easily lifted out of the way.
Keep clothes and linen in top condition and discourage moths with lavender or cedar blocks.
