Easy style tips: Glam up a notice board

Make a practical style statement for the Kitchen.

A message board is always useful, so get creative and make your own version.

  • Find an old framed picture in a junkshop or at a car boot sale and remove the glass and picture.

  • Apply a coat of primer to the backing board and when dry, spray with blackboard paint. You may need to apply a second coat.

  • Varnish or paint the old frame to complement you room - gold is great for a glam effect.
