won 1st prize but didnt receive the vouchers!

I won 1st prize in october 2008 Ideal Home comp! Was supposed to receive £750 Wallace Sacks vouchers but they never arrived. Spoke to customer care in IPC Media and they said that none of the 10 1st prize winners have received their vouchers yet. Its the 27th Jan today and the vouchers must be redeemed before 31st Jan! Has anyone else not received a prize that they won? If so, what did you do about it?

Well. its the evening of the 30th jan and still no vouchers! IPC customer care rep called me and said that the Wallace Sacks reperasentative claims to have emailed vouchers to all 10 winners 2ce, however, non of us have received them. Are Wallace Sacks going out of business?
